This is the first Throne of Glass novella.
Celaena Sardothien is a sixteen-year-old, trained assassin. Impulsive, arrogant but big at heart, she cares to save the helpless and protect the lives of the innocence. Although I find her stubborn and a bit reckless at times, Celaena is dynamic, sassy and likable. It’s amusing to see how she can be witty and badass when she negotiates with the Lord of the Pirates but becomes naive and almost tongue-tied when she has to confront her relationship with her peer assassin.
I read this novella in one setting and loved it!
